Return & Refund Policy
At Maison Velvet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will be happy to accept your return under the following conditions.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The original tag must still be attached to the item.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@maison-velvet.pro, providing your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
